The module explores the natural processes that individuals go through when giving feedback and receiving feedback.

Course Details

This short, high-impact development workshop aims to improve individual and team performance with minimal disruption to the working day. Building a better understanding of how your preferences may be perceived and/or impact on others will help you understand others and their reactions.

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Playing to Your Strengths explains the impact of personality on how we respond and behave with others.

The workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams. You do not need to have received feedback on your MBTI type. This however, can be scheduled post-workshop.

This short, high-impact development workshop aims to improve individual and team performance with minimal disruption to the working day. Building resilience will raise your awareness of how you respond to stress and help you be more effective at dealing with it. It will also help you understand others and their reactions.

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Building resilience explains the impact of personality on how we respond and behave under pressure. The module explores the natural processes that individuals go through when operating under stress.

The workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams, and requires everyone to have attended our 180-minute module, Playing to Your Strengths, or to have previously received MBTI feedback.

Course Details

This short, high-impact development workshop has been designed to improve individual and team performance. It aims to increase self-awareness, and help you better understand your own and other people’s reactions and emotions.

Course Overview

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Enhancing Emotional Intelligence explains the impact of our emotions and how we can effectively use them to achieve better outcomes. The workshop explores the processes that we go through when responding to different individuals in different situations so you can better understand and be more aware during these interactions. The workshop will encourage you to think about strategies to consciously manage your and others’ emotions in order to have more meaningful relationships with those around you.

This workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams, and requires everyone to have previously received MBTI feedback, either in a group setting or individually.

Course Details

Embracing change will raise your awareness of how you respond to change and help you be more effective at dealing with it. It will also help you understand others and their reactions.

Course Overview

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Embracing change explains the impact of our personality on how we experience change. The workshop explores the psychology of change, provides understanding of the natural processes that people go through when faced with change, and equips them with knowledge of how to cope with change more comfortably.

This course is very reflective and requires delegates to draw on and share personal experiences. Delegates are advised that, on occasion, recollection of events may result in very powerful  emotions.

This workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams, and requires everyone to have previously received MBTI feedback, either in a group setting or individually.

This half-day workshop aims to improve individual and team understanding of difference, and us difference to best effect.
Embracing difference will help you to identify difference and understand others and their reactions.

Course Overview

Powered by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Appreciating Difference explains how our preference for Extraversion or Introversion may affect our relationships with our employees, customers, or teammates. As well as exploring what Sensing types or Intuitive types contribute to the organisation? And describing the recognition/feedback/praise Thinking types or Feeling types prefer to give and receive.

This workshop can be run with groups of individuals or with teams, and requires everyone to have previously received MBTI feedback, either in a group setting or individually.
