Your work on this course will be informed by the personal report and follow up one to one coaching session received as a result of the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire. This questionnaire will give delegates personal (anonymous) feedback from colleagues and direct reports (if applicable). Delegates will develop a Personal Development Plan to take back to their work place which will include a review and reflection on their professional development and aspirations for the future.
